The New Approved Scheme of Studies for Matric Science Group 2026-27 introduces an updated academic structure with a total of 1200 marks for Classes 9 and 10 under the Punjab education system. Approved by the Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board (PCTB), Government of the Punjab, the new Matric Study Scheme provides revised subject-wise marks distribution, theory and practical examination weightage, and weekly teaching periods for Class 9 and Class 10. This updated scheme covers the Science Group in Matric, including Biology Group and Computer Science Group, and explains the allocation of theory marks, practical marks, and academic periods for each subject.
